DECLARATION OF THE FLOODS THAT OCCURRED IN THE MAGISTERIAL DISTRICTS OF ELLISRAS AND POTGIETERSRUS
Under the powers vested in me by section 26 of the Fund-Raising Act, No. 107 of 1978, I hereby declare the floods that occurred on the 6-11 February 2000 in the Magisterial Districts of Ellisras and Potgietersrus to be a disaster for the purposes of this Act.
