NATIONAL PROSECUTING AUTHORITY ACT, 1998
ESTABLISHMENT OF INVESTIGATING DIRECTORATE: CORRUPTION
Under the powers vested in me by section 7 (1), read with section 7 (2) of the National Prosecuting Authority Act,1998 (Act No. 32 of 1998), I, with the concurrence of the Minister for Justice and Constitutional Development and the National Director of Public Prosecutions, hereby establish an Investigating Directorate in the office of the National Director of Public Prosecutions to deal with offences relating to corruption.
