COMMENCEMENT OF THE NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 108 OF 1998)
In terms of section 14 of the National Development Agency Act, 1998 (Act No. 108 of 1g98), I hereby determine 8 March 2000 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
