by the President of the Republic of South Africa
DECLARATION OF THE FLOODS THAT OCCURRED IN THE MAGISTERIAL DISTRICTS OF MUTALE, TSHAULU, NZHELELE, RITAVI, BUYSDORP, MAPULANENG AND MHALA TO BE A DISASTER
Under the powers vested in me by section 26 of the Fund-Raising Act, No. 107 of 1978, I hereby declare the floods that occurred on the 6-11 February 2000 in the Magisterial District of Malamulele, MutaLe, Tshaulu, Nzhelele, Ritavi, Buysdorp Vuwani, Mapulaneng and Mhala to be a disaster for the purposes of this Act.
