COMMENCEMENT OF THE NUCLEAR ENERGY ACT, 1999 (ACT NO. 46 0F1999)
In terms of section 61 of the Nuclear Energy Act, 1999 (Act No. 46 of 1999), I, hereby determine 24 February 2000 as the date on which the said Act, except for section 4, shall come into operation.
