COMMENCEMENT OF SECTION 3 OF THE CORRECTIONAL SERVICES ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 111 OF 1998)
In terms of section 138 of the Correctional Services Act,1998 (Act No. 111 of 1998),1 hereby determine 25 February 2000 as the date on which section 3 of Act No. 111 of 1998 shall come into operation.
