COMMENCEMENT OF THE SOUTH AFRICAN LIBRARY FOR THE BLIND ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 91 OF 1998)
In terms of section 18 of the South African Library for the Blind Act, 1998 (Act No. 91 of 1998),1 hereby determine 1 April 2000 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
