COMMENCEMENT OF SECTIONS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 AND 7 OF THE DEBT COLLECTORS ACT, 1998 (ACT NO. 114 OF 1998)
Under section 28 of the Debt Collectors Act, 1998 (Act No. 114 of 1998), I hereby fix 21 January 2000 as the date on which sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the said Act shall come into operation.
