COMMENCEMENT OF CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE MAGISTRATES' COURTS AMENDMENT ACT, 1993 (ACT No. 120 OF 1993)
Under section 75 of the Magistrates' Courts Amendment Act, 1993 (Act No. 120 of 1993), I hereby fix 7 January 2000 as the date on which sections 47 to and including 50 and 53 of the said Act shall come into operation.
