COMMENCEMENT OF THE INTELLIGENCE SERVICES CONTROL
AMENDMENT ACT, 1999
(ACT No. 42 OF 1999)
In terms of section 8 of the Intelligence Services Control Amendment Act, 1999 (Act No. 42 of 1999), I hereby determine 26 November 1999 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
