DECLARATION OF THE VELD FIRES THAT OCCURRED ON 3
AUGUST 1999 IN THE
MT FRERE MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT TO BE A DISASTER
Under the powers vested in me by section 26 of the Fund-raising Act, 1978 (Act No.107 of 1978), I hereby declare the veld fires that occurred on 3 August 1999 in the Magisterial District of Mt Frere to be a disaster for the purposes of this Act.
