COMMENCEMENT OF SECTION 6 OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE
LAWS
AMENDMENT ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 86 OF 1998)
In terms of section 19 (2)(a) of the Public Service Laws Amendment Act, 1998 (Act No. 86 of 1998), I hereby determine 22 October 1999 as the date on which section 6 of the said Act shall come into operation.
