PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 1 OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT, 1994 (Proclamation No. 103 of 1994)
Under the powers vested in me by section 7(5)(a)(i) of the Public Service Act, 1994 (Proclamation No.103 of 1994), I hereby amend, with effect from 1 October 1999, Schedule 1 of the said Act by the insertion of the words "South African Management and Development Institute" and "Director-General: South African Management and Development Institute" in columns I and II of Schedule 1 after the words "Provincial Administration: Western Cape" and "Director-General: Office of the Premier of the Western Cape" where they appear in columns I and II respectively.
