COMMENCEMENT OF THE NATIONAL FILM AND VIDEO
FOUNDATION ACT, 1997
(ACT No. 73 OF 1997)
In terms of section 22 of the National Film and Video Foundation Act, 1997 (Act No. 73 of 1997), I hereby determine 1 October 1999 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
