PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 116 OF 1998)
Under section 22 of the Domestic Violence Act, 1998 (Act No. 116 of 1998), I hereby fix 15 December 1996 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
