NATIONAL PARKS AMENDMENT ACT, 1998 (Act No. 106 of 1998)
In terms of section 11 (2) of the National Parks Amendment Act, 1998 (Act No. 106 of 1998), I hereby 31 August 1999 as the date on which section 11 (1) of the said Act shall come into operation.
