COMMENCEMENT OF THE COMPETITION AMENDMENT ACT, 1999 (ACT NO. 3Sof 1999)
In terms of section 2 of the Competition Amendment Act, 1999 (Act No. 35 of 1999), I hereby determine 19 August 1999 as the date on which items 4F(1) and 4F(2) of section 1(d) of the said Act shall come into operation.
