COMMENCEMENT OF THE COMPETITION AMENDMENT ACT, 1999 (ACT NO. 35 of 1999)In terms of section 2 of the Competition Amendment Act, 1999 (Act No. 35 of 1999), I hereby determine 1 September 1999 as the date on which sections 1(a); (b); (c); and items 4A; 4B; 4C; 4D and 4E of section 1(d); and section 1(e) of the said Act shall come into operation.
