COMMENCEMENT OF THE BROADCASTING ACT, 1999 (ACT No. 4 OF 1999)
In terms of section 43 of the Broadcasting Act, 1999 (Act No. 4 of 1999), I hereby determine that the Act shall come into operation on the date of publication.
