PROCLAMATION

COMMENCEMENT OF SECTION 5 OF THE CORRECTIONAL SERVICES ACT, 1998
(ACT No. 111 OF 1998)

In terms of section 138 of the Correctional Services Act,1998 (Act No. 111 of 1998), I hereby determine 1 July 1999 as the date on which section 5 of Act No. 111 of 1998 shall come into operation.
