COMMENCEMENT OF SECTIONS 12 AND 13 OF THE NATIONAL VELD AND FOREST FIRE ACT, 1998 (ACT NO 101 OF 1998)
In terms of section 38 of the National Veld and Forest Fire Act, 1998 (Act No 101 of 1998), 1 hereby fix 2 July 1999 as the date on which sections 12 and 13 of the said Act take effect.
