COMMENCEMENT OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE AMENDMENT ACT, 1999 (ACT No. 5 OF 1999)
In terms of section 2 of the Public Service Amendment Act, 1999 (Act No. 5 of 1999), 1 hereby determine 1 July 1999 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
