COMMENCEMENT OF THE ABOLITION OF PUBLIC
ADMINISTRATION COMMISSION
ACT, 1997 (ACT No. 48 OF 1997)
In terms of section 2 of the Abolition of Public Administration Commissions Act, 1997 (Act No. 48 of 1997), I hereby determine 1 July 1999 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
