PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
SECTION 70 (1) OF THE TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 30 OF 1998)
In terms of section 70 (2) of the Taxation Laws Amendment Act, 1998 (Act No. 30 of 1998), I hereby determine 15 June 1999, as the date on which section 70 (1) of the said Act shall come into operation.
