PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
HOUSING CONSUMERS PROTECTION MEASURES ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 95 OF 1998)
In terms of section 31 (2) of the Housing Consumers Protection Measures Act, 1998 (Act No. 95 of 1998), I hereby determine the date of publication hereof as the date on which sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, 15, 16, 17, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31 of the said Act shall come into operation.
