COMMENCEMENT OF THE NATIONAL STRATEGIC INTELLIGENCE AMENDMENT ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 37 OF 1998)
In terms of section 8 of the National Strategic Intelligence Amendment Act, 1998 (Act No. 37 of 1998), I hereby determine 1 June 1999 as the date on which the said Act takes effect.
