MILITARY DISCIPLINE SUPPLEMENTARY MEASURES ACT (ACT No. 16 of 1999
In terms of section 45 of the Military Discipline Supplementary Measures Act, 1999 (Act No. 16 of 1999), I hereby determine 28 May 1999 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
