WINE AND SPIRIT CONTROL AMENDMENT ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 25 of 1998)
In terms of section 9 of the Wine and Spirit Control Amendment Act, 1998 tact No. 25 of 1998), I hereby determine 30 June 1999 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
