PROCLAMATION

APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO THE ROAD ACCIDENT FUND COMMISSION

In terms of section 3 of the Road Accident Fund Commission Act, 1998 (Act No. 71 of 1998), I hereby appoint—

1. Judge Kathleen Satchwell as the chairperson of the Road Accident Fund Commission on a full time basis; and
2. Mr Zakhele Sithole and Ms Riah Phiyega as members to the Road Accident Fund Commission on a part time basis,

to commence the work of the Road Accident Fund Commission as contemplated in the Road Accident Fund Commission Act, 1998, on 1 June 1999.
