UNCERTIFICATED SECURITIES TAX ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 31 OF 1998)
In terms of section 19 of the Uncertificated Securities Tax Act, 1998 (Act No. 31 of 1998), I hereby determine 1 June 1999 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
