DECLARATION OF THE SECOND DAY OF JUNE 1999 AS A PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN ALL PROVINCES OF THE REPUBLIC
Under the powers vested in me by section 2A of the Public Holidays Act, 1994 (Act No. 36 of 1994), I hereby declare the second day of June 1999 as a public holiday in all provinces of the Republic.
