COMMENCEMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT EQUITY ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 55 OF 1998)
In terms of section 65 of the Employment Equity Act, 1998 (Act No. 55 of 1998), I hereby determine that Chapter IV shall come into operation on 14 May 1999.
