SOUTH AFRICAN MEDICINES AND MEDICAL DEVICES REGULATORY AUTHORITY ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 132 OF 1998): COMMENCEMENT
Under section 55 of the South African Medicines and Medical Devices Regulatory Authority Act, 1998 (Act No. 132 of 1998), I hereby determine 30 April 1999 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
