COMMENCEMENT OF THE CONTINGENCY FEES ACT, 1997 (ACT NO. 66 OF 199~
Under section 8 of the Contingency Fees Act, 1997 (Act No. 66 of 1997), I hereby fix 23 April 1999 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
