COMMENCEMENT OF SECTION 38 OF THE NATIONAL PROSECUTING AUTHORITY ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 32 OF 1998)
Under section 46 of the National Prosecuting Authority Act, 1998 (Act No. 32 of 1998), I hereby fix 23 April 1999 as the date on which section 38 of the said Act shall come into operation.
