CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 119 OF 1998): COMMENCEMENT
Under section 19 of the Cultural Institutions Act, 1998 (Act No. 119 of 1998), I hereby determine 1 April 1999 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into operation.
