PROCLAMATION

COMMENCEMENT OF SECTIONS 6, 9 AND 11 TO 15 OF THE JUDICIAL MATTERS SECOND AMENDMENT ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 122 OF 1998)
Under section 16 of the Judicial Matters Second Amendment Act, 1998 (Act No. 122 of 1998), I hereby fix 1 April 1999 as the date on which sections 6, 9 and 11 to 15 of the said Act shall come into operation.
