NATIONAL RESEARCH FOUNDATION ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 23 OF 1998): COMMENCEMENT
Under section 25 of the National Research Foundation Act, 1998 (Act No. 23 of 1998),1 hereby determine 1 April 1999 as the date on which the provisions of the sections of the said Act shall come into operation.
