COMMENCEMENT OF SECTIONS 26, 27 (C), 38 AND 47 OF
THE INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY LAWS AMENDMENT ACT, 1997 (ACT No. 38 OF 1997)
In terms of section 80 (3) of the Intellectual Property Laws Amendments Act, 1997 (Act No. 38 of 1997), I hereby determine 16 March 1999 as the date on which the said Amendment Act shall come into operation.
