LOCAL GOVERNMENT: MUNICIPAL STRUCTURES ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 117 OF 1998)
Under section 95 of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act, 1998 (Act No. 117 of 1998), I hereby determine 1 February 1999 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
