MEDICAL SCHEMES ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 131 OF 1998)
COMMENCEMENT
Under section 69 of the Medical Schemes Act, 1998 (Act No. 1:31 of 1998),1 hereby determine 1 February 1999 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
