PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 107 OF 1998)
In terms of section 53 of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998),1 hereby determine 29 January 1999 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
