PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
ADOPTION MATTERS AMENDMENT ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 56 OF 1998)
In terms of section 9 of the Adoption Matters Amendment Act, 1998 (Act No. 56 of 1998), I hereby determine 4 February 1999 as the date on which the whole, excluding section 2 of that Act shall come into operation.
