PROCLAMATION

PREVENTION OF ORGANISED CRIME ACT, 1998 (ACT NO. 121 OF 1998)
Under of section 81 of the Prevention of Organised Crime Act, 1998 (Act No. 121 of 1998), I hereby fix 21 January 1999 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
