THE INSIDER TRADING ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 135 OF 1998)
In terms of section 19 of the Insider Trading Act, 1998 (Act No. 135 of 1998), I hereby determine 17 January 1999 as the date on which the Insider Trading Act, 1998, shall come into operation.
