by the President of the Republic of South Africa
COMMENCEMENT OF CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE POSTAL SERVICES ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 124 OF 1998)
By virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 89 of the Postal Service Act, 1998 (Act No. 124 of 1998), I hereby determine 1 January 1999 as the date on which sections 1 up to and including section 14, as well as sections 46, 59, 82, 84, 85 and 86 of the said Act shall come into operation.
