ESTATE AGENTS AMENDMENT ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 90 OF 1998)
In terms of section 22 of the Estate Agents Amendment Act, 1998 (Act No. 90 of 1998), I hereby determine 1 January 1999 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
