SHIPPING LAWS AMENDMENT ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 57 OF 1998)
In terms of section 33 of the Shipping Laws Amendment Act, 1998 (Act No. 57 of 1998), I hereby determine the date of publication hereof as the date on which sections 2, 27, 29, 30 and 32 of the said Act shall come into operation.
