PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
HARMFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES ACT, 1988 (ACT No. 71 OF 1988): AMENDMENT OF PROCLAMATION
Under section 13 (2) of the Harmful Business Practices Act, 1988 (Act No. 71 of 1988), read with section 10 (3) of the Interpretation Act, 1957 (Act No. 33 of 1957), I hereby amend Proclamation No. R. 172 of 2 December 1994 by the insertion of the following paragraph after the first paragraph:
"The area of jurisdiction of the special court is the area of jurisdiction of the Transvaal Provincial Division of the High Court of South Africa.".
