PROCLAMATION

SPECIAL PENSIONS AMENDMENT ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 75 OF 1998) COMMENCEMENT

Under section 12 of the Special Pensions Amendment Act, 1998 (Act No. 75 of 1998), I hereby determine 27 November 1998 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
